All the employees were excellent and friendly. The room was reasonably sized and silent with extra sofa-bed, space to stretch out, as example, at least for me. Booked it for gbp 184.

The hotel was nice with nice staff and an excellent location in the Old Town. Location: the venue was close enough to the centre of Tarnów, restaurants, and the city center.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be centrally located, with the town square just a few steps away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist who went out of their way to assist with parking. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the extra care taken to accommodate my specific needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast. the service and amenities provided here were top-notch and exceeded our expectations.

Single room was air conditioned and quiet had down pillows. The bathroom was clean, included shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from City Hall in Tarnow. Area around had a great selection of choice for meals and drinks, cafés and restaurants.

We had a great weekend in a lovely hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were kind and helpful, even offering to help carry our luggage. The hotel in the heart of the town allowed us to easily explore the charming streets of Tarnow. The convenient parking options, including a secured lot at the back of the building, gave us peace of mind. The spacious rooms with extra sofa-bed were perfect for our needs. We were pleasantly surprised when the restaurant staff cooked special food for our baby, accommodating our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.
